Castil di Udara is a luxurious and modern villa in a Balinese influenced style and is situated close to the quiet area of Umalas.
On your arrival at the villa, Patrick will warmly welcome you with a home-made cocktail, which you can enjoy in the company of other guests by the poolside in the beautiful outside living area.
Perhaps some of the other guests will become your new friends as you share the evening in their company over dinner.
Patrick and Alex will also join you during the dinner and they will be very happy to share their passion of Bali and Indonesia.
It’s time now for dinner. The food is based on local ingredients, cooked with Patrick’s passion for international and creative food, inspired from Patrick’s repertoire, built over years and years of travel around the world.
Your menu will be based on fresh products bought on the same day from the market or fish market in Jimbaran. Patrick has developed close links with local producers, fishermen or breeders here on the island to obtain the very best ingredients for you.
The spices come from the near-by islands, and were brought back to Bali during Patrick’s last trips around Indonesia.
Patrick will prepare the dinner in the open air kitchen, where you can join him. He will be very happy to share his cooking passion with you.
Alex, as the dessert master, will prepare for you one of his favorite dishes.
